Solar PV
We originate, develop and invest in solar projects across Korea, from distributed ground-mounted and rooftop generation to utility-scale assets.
Solar Energy, Sustainable TomorrowBEYOND ENERGY. A NEW HORIZON.
Developing and investing in scalable solar and energy storage infrastructure across Korea.
Explore our businessBlack Horizon is a Korea-based renewable energy development and investment platform focused on solar PV and battery energy storage systems. We bring together hands-on development expertise and strategic investment capabilities to build scalable, sustainable energy infrastructure.
Who we areBuilding Korea’s next-generation solar & energy storage platform.

One platform.
An integrated perspective.
A strong energy asset begins with decisions made early. We connect project development, investment structuring and a long-term operating perspective.
Site origination, land rights, permits, grid connection and EPC coordination are considered as a connected development process.
Investment structuring and project-level finance are assessed alongside the development profile and risk allocation of each opportunity.
An asset-management perspective informs development decisions, operating coordination and the assessment of long-term portfolio value.
Connecting solar and storage to unlock the value of sustainable infrastructure.
We originate, develop and invest in solar projects across Korea, from distributed ground-mounted and rooftop generation to utility-scale assets.
Battery energy storage introduces flexibility into a changing electricity system. We assess storage opportunities in the context of grid constraints, generation profiles and operating requirements.
Solar and storage create greater value when developed as an integrated system. We consider grid access, curtailment exposure, storage sizing and operational coordination from the earliest stages.
Hands-on development across solar and storage.
From origination and permitting to financing and operations.
Solar and storage, considered as one connected system.
Connecting technology, capital and execution.
A phased development strategy balancing near-term execution with long-term asset value.
Near-term development
Prioritize small ground-mounted, rooftop and PV+ESS opportunities with a defined permitting and grid-access pathway. The company plan describes land purchase for projects below 20 MW, local permitting, 22.9 kV interconnection and 3–6 month construction as planning assumptions.
Utility-scale development
Advance utility-scale sites through land-rights review, permitting and grid coordination. Technical development is aligned with off-take opportunities and project financing to move assets toward execution.
Long-term asset strategy
Build a solar-and-storage platform with optionality across long-term ownership, individual asset disposals and portfolio transactions. Future expansion into distributed resources and VPP is a strategic ambition, not a current operating claim.
